If you require maintenance services, Air Crafters has a complete maintenance program that includes:

Cleaning and inspecting the unit’s fan(s)
Checking refrigerant for proper charge and leaks (AC units only)
Checking exposed ducts for leaks
Inspecting and calibrating thermostats
Lubricating motors and bearings as required
Testing controls and safeties as needed
Checking drains
Inspection of unit wiring and the electrical disconnect
Contactor and relay inspection
Checking humidifier operation where applicable
Recording temperatures and pressures
Inspection of indoor coil
Air filters inspected and replaced (as agreed)
Outdoor coils power washed (as agreed)
Examining crankcase heater for proper operation (AC units only)
Customer receives inspection reports and advised of abnormal conditions
