to risk their time, comfort or the condition of their home when
they use us for their heating and cooling needs. We assume these
risks by providing you with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
So how can we do this without risking our shirts? By making
sure you always receive friendly, knowledgeable service, precise
craftsmanship, a neat and clean project site and most of all
by making sure you are comfortable in your home.
Our 12 Month Product installation agreement states that if you
are not 100% satisfied with our product installation, we will
promptly address and amend, to your complete satisfaction, those
issues regarding material or workmanship, or we will remove
the equipment and refund 100% of your money.
Air Crafters also offers an installation warranty that matches
the manufacturer’s equipment warranty on all miscellaneous
material we install for the same amount of time that the manufacturer’s
parts warranty is in effect. If any part of Air Crafters installs
fails during the manufacturer’s parts warranty period,
we will repair or replace the part free. (This does not include
filters or items damaged by accident, neglect or abuse.)
