Includes:

• Check Air Conditioner for proper refrigerant charge.
• Visual inspection of all functional components of both the furnace & air conditioner. Identify any worn or damaged parts. Advise customer of needed repairs.
• Lubricate all motors, bearings, moving parts as required.
• Check condition of disposable filters.
• Clean outdoor condenser coils (improves efficiency of Air Conditioner)
• Program all digital thermostats upon request.
• Clean interior and exterior cabinets as needed.
